All orders will be shipped by either Canada Post or Purolator from our St-Thérèse warehouse. Your order will be leaving the warehouse 24-48 hrs upon after receiving the order. Standard delivery is free. Service takes approximately 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will be receiving an email with the tracking # from either Canada Post or Purolator.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you’re not, let us know within 30 days. Email our team at  

We’ll give you a refund or send you another size in exchange, depending on your needs. 

Items must be in their original packaging, in an unworn and unwashed condition.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. You must first obtain a return authorization number prior to returning your items. Otherwise, your return shipment will be rejected.

Here is the procedure on how to return your item(s):

1- Request an authorization number

Please email your authorization number request to and explain the reason for your return in your email.

2- Click here to complete a return form

With your authorization number in hand, fill out the return form. To access this form, you need to have an account within this website, under the same name & email you used for your order. 

3- Securely package your items

You must return your items with a copy of the Order form received in the package; if your original order included more than one item, pls highlight the item(s) that are being returned on the form. 

You are responsible for the cost of your return shipping back to our warehouse, to the following address:

Items must be returned in their original packaging, in unworn, unwashed condition, WITH the order form.

4- Ship your items

We recommend you send your package by a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for packages not received. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return. Shipping is not refunded.
